One of the very few places on Long Island that live up to the "good Italian food" hype. From start to finish the food was stellar and the service was surprisingly solid considering how busy it was. Appetizers were great, especially the fried calamari (which was fresh and cooked perfectly). The main course was served quickly after that and there wasn't a bad dish on the table. I personally had the spicy chicken Parm and was impressed at how well the chicken was prepared and the rigatoni cooked (both had just the right level of spice). Drink wise, we ordered an espresso martini (which was of course phenomenal). We were worried when we walked in to a packed restaurant, that the service might suffer but thankfully we were seated immediately and a waiter came right over. Throughout the meal they were quick on drink refills and to clear empty plates. Our one (very minor) issue was with the parking, which was less of an actual issue and more just that we didn't know where we could and couldn't park (maybe some signs would help but the staff was quick to explain parking when we asked so it worked out fine). Overall a great meal and well worth the money in my opinion. I would say "it's just like Grandma makes" but to be perfectly honest....it was better . Can't wait to come back.

Worth the Drive Every Time Coming all the way from the Bronx to Robke’s in Northport is always worth it this spot never disappoints. The Chicken Milanese is perfectly crispy and flavorful, and I always start with the Artichoke Oreganata it’s a must. Sharing this meal with family and friends is how we show love, Bronx style. It’s not just the food it’s the whole experience. The staff treats you like family, and the vibe is warm and welcoming. Robke’s is real-deal Italian, and no distance is too far when it’s this good.

THE BEST macaroni & cheese you will ever have. I recommend ordering it with chicken cutlet//steak. Amazing people & food!! Very large portions so you’re guaranteed to have leftovers or have the ability to split a plate between a couple or table of 2 while both being satisfied. No matter what you choose on the menu, you will love it!! Drinks are worth the price because they give you your money’s worth in terms of alc. content & taste. Very comfortable/chill atmosphere & great for holidays, catering, and birthdays. Indoor & outdoor seating available. Highly recommend

If you are wondering whether Robke's lives up to the hype or not... it totally does! Parking here is hard and the restaurant isn't huge but you can tell a lot of their customers are consistent so you get that true Italian family vibe here. The food is incredible!! We came here for my birthday and it was a great decision. I got steak and mac & cheese, it was great! We had fried calamari and oh so good! They were both so well executed- the fried calamari was light and perfectly fried. I ordered the Bronx style chicken parm. It comes in a vodka sauce with peppers so it has the perfect cook and is so flavorful. It comes with a side of rigatoni ala vodka. My friend had the ravioli and he loved it! My mom had one of their specials which came with risotto, asparagus, shrimp and scallops. She loved it. The service here is fast and friendly. I wish I caught our servers name but he was great. I am looking forward to my next visit! BTW, they are cash only but they do have an atm there!

This place never disappoints and it didn't last night. Went on a seafood adventure, left to "Chefs choice" Lou hooked me and the table up. I consider myself a NYC foodie but this place can go toe to toe, with any Italian restaurant in NYC. Excellent food, atmosphere and friends.

Robke’s of Northport is a hidden gem! The food is consistently delicious especially the Bronx Chicken Cutlet Parmigiana, which is my absolute favorite. What truly sets this place apart, though, is the outstanding service. The waitstaff is warm, attentive, and genuinely makes you feel welcome. Their energy adds so much to the overall experience. The atmosphere is cozy and inviting, made even better by the top-notch service. Every visit is memorable. Highly recommend!

We had a fantastic lunch here! The food is delicious and the portions are extremely generous. They don’t take reservations so we decided to go during the week so have less of a wait and we were seated right away. We ordered then spicy shrimp which was pretty good, the fried calamari, cooked perfectly! For entrees we got the baked lasagna, the Bronx chicken cutlets (this was my favorite, had a little spicy to it but it was the perfect amount). My brother got the shrimp bruno and I also really enjoyed it. Service was pretty good, the guys are super attentive. The space can get crowded and you might feel a little tight but it’s totally worth it!
